The History of  Saint Frambault
            The Legend of King Arthur ' s Round Table lives on at the manor. Saint Frambault was a 6th century hermit reputed to be a great miracle worker and a very holy man. His life inspired Chrétien de Troyes when he wrote the story of the knight Lancelot du Lac, who was one of King Arthur ' s Knights.

Saint Frambault Manor dates from the 15th century but the site has been inhabited at least since the 6th century A.D : A 6th century sarcophagus stands in front of the manor.

On the estate is a spring, known for centuries for its curative properties for eye problems.

The manor is centerly situated in a park with an 18th century castle.

On the owner ' s coat of arms, is the Royal English Leopard and the Royal French Fleur de Lys given, by the Kings of England
and France, to an ancestor, as a gift, for his diplomatic efforts in avoiding war on three occasions between England and France.

Another ancestor discovered Florida in the 16th century and built Fort Caroline.
